We are looking for Senior Recruiter to work in our Princeton office. 

The HR professional in this position will coordinate the employment process for staffing positions at all levels of the organization; assure consistent application of procedures and guidelines on employment related processes, such as requisition management, job postings, applicant tracking and selection. Develop and sustain strong relationships with business partners during the recruitment and selection of candidates. Knowledgeable in benefit and HR related polices in order to assist with resolving candidate questions. 

  • Knowledge of personal computers and MS Office suite of products
  • 4+ years experience in recruitment and selection 
  • Proven experience with Social Media Recruitment
  • Previous experience with Virtual Edge or other applicant tracking software 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

IT Operations Manager

Central, NJ

 IT Operations Manager’s role is to supervise and ensure the efficient operation of the company’s information technology network, servers, databases, and equipment. This includes managing the IT staff responsible for monitoring and diagnosing network and hardware problems. The IT Operations Manager will also work closely with the IT executive staff and decision makers in other departments in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

Reporting to the COO, the Vice President of Business Operations works to align the infrastructure needs with enterprise priorities. ·         -Designs, implements, and provides on-going support for processes within low                       volume high mix manufacturing cells and feeder cells

·         -Provides expert service to analyze and balance workloads within a value stream and              uses findings to provide recommendations

·         -Insures Kanbans and production kits are maintained and adjusted as required

·          - Manages the daily use and implementation of lean principles and tools
