We are looking for Senior Recruiter to work in our Princeton office. 

The HR professional in this position will coordinate the employment process for staffing positions at all levels of the organization; assure consistent application of procedures and guidelines on employment related processes, such as requisition management, job postings, applicant tracking and selection. Develop and sustain strong relationships with business partners during the recruitment and selection of candidates. Knowledgeable in benefit and HR related polices in order to assist with resolving candidate questions. 

  • Knowledge of personal computers and MS Office suite of products
  • 4+ years experience in recruitment and selection 
  • Proven experience with Social Media Recruitment
  • Previous experience with Virtual Edge or other applicant tracking software 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

IT Operations Manager

Central, NJ

 IT Operations Manager’s role is to supervise and ensure the efficient operation of the company’s information technology network, servers, databases, and equipment. This includes managing the IT staff responsible for monitoring and diagnosing network and hardware problems. Contract & Expectation Management:

Enable revenue growth as a result of delivery success

Global Resources:

Accountability:
Conduct internal reviews for customer satisfaction including Net Promoter Score review

Ensure completeness, action, and accountability of monthly initiatives focused on customer loyalty

Process Improvement:
Lead and evangelize Six Sigma process improvement initiatives

Improve cross functional collaboration and reduce rework and improved customer experience
